Character to break down barriers
The role of a healthcare sales Rep is evolving. Technology and artificial intelligence is coming in to change and improve every aspect. Due to their experiences, many Reps believe that the technology is there to track them, or worse take their jobs. To help break barriers we were approached to give a visual identity to the ecosystem of services coming to assist them. The solution was a character and tone of voice so friendly that the sales force had nothing but trust in the new tool as they had no reason to believe their jobs were in danger.
A gamified approach to sales
To inspire uptake we created ACTavatar, a gamified approach to help train and teach sales reps how to get the most out of ACTalya. ACTive points would be accumulated from engagement with the platform alongside the viewing of training videos. Inspired by the ever famous Tamagotchi, users could upgrade their ACTavatar with bespoke elements to build engagement.
